Improved Access to Capital
Our equity market investment model provides Portfolio Companies with two efficient and effective means of raising capital from investors. While  foundational investments are provided through parent company equity funding, our team of executives works in partnership with each Portfolio Company to target the investors that are most appropriate for direct investment and involvement with them.  

   EB5 Services

Congress created the fifth employment-based preference (EB-5) immigrant visa category in 1990 for qualified foreigners seeking to invest in a business that will benefit the U.S. economy and create or save at least 10 full-time jobs.  By so doing, Congress permitted the U.S. immigration agency to designate qualified applicants as Regional Centers. A Regional Center is a private enterprise or a regional governmental agency with a targeted investment program within a defined geographic region. In the United States, over 98 percent of immigration investment is conducted through USCIS approved Regional Centers.

Company Builders is applying to the USCIS for Regional Center approval. In the interim the company has established firm relationships with existing firms with available EB5 funds to serve its Clients. These firms specialize in guiding EB5 applicants through the EB5 funding process and because they have existing investment funds from foreign entities, their involvement significantly speed up the EB5 application and funding. These vetted processing firms also have the ability to provide bridge loans to qualified applicants.
